Reserving Your Wedding Date

| All wedding dates are reserved on a first-come first-served basis, and we do not "hold" any dates, or "pencil it in." They are either booked with the retainer and contract, or they are available for anyone to reserve.
You may reserve your date with a credit card, on the phone, and we will allow you to mail the contract to us. (It can be e-mailed to you for printing). You will have seven days to get the contract to us, if the retainer is phoned in. Once the retainer and contract are received, and accepted, in our office, the date will be blocked out so that no one else can get us for their wedding on that date. |

Only $300.00 is required to reserve your date!

| A $300 retainer is required to secure your wedding date. After that, you may break the balance into payments in any amounts you wish, as long as the total package is paid in full by two weeks before your wedding date.
For your convenience, Hobbs and Latson Photography accepts cash, checks, MasterCard, Visa, beef, pork, and chicken. NO children, and NO teenagers will be accepted! (Although, chocolate may be considered). |
